Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimal downtime across all systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users, providing timely support and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Develop and execute IT policies and procedures to standardize operations and promote best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee asset management, tracking hardware and software inventories to ensure compliance and proper resource allocation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, continually enhancing skills and adapting systems to improve performance.
• Install, configure, and upgrade server hardware and software, optimizing performance and enhancing system capabilities.
• Conduct regular system backups and recovery operations, guaranteeing data integrity and availability in case of failures.
• Implement and monitor security protocols, safeguarding company data against unauthorized access and cyber threats.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a strong educational foundation is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT administration, demonstrating a proven track record in managing complex systems.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate to validate technical skills.
• Experience in managing both Windows and Linux server environments, showcasing versatility in operating systems.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure, reflecting a modern approach to IT infrastructure management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing disruptions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset, emphasizing accuracy in documentation and adherence to IT policies and procedures.
