Build your future with us Our IT Intelligent Automation department is currently seeking a developer to analyze, design, develop and maintain intelligent automation systems that involve a mixture of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Python, generative AI, SQL, and reporting. The developer will leverage existing methodologies across various enterprise automation initiatives and plays an integral part of the Intelligent Automation Team. Work location and flexibility are subject to change based on evolving business needs, but generally, selected candidates who reside: within 50 miles of Headquarters may be expected to work in a hybrid capacity, combining remote and onsite work when business needs necessitate. more than 50 miles from Headquarters must be flexible and available to travel to Fairfield, OH, on an occasional basis for special events, training sessions, or key meetings. To ensure active engagement in meetings, it is mandatory for all IT associates to have cameras turned on for all interactions with other associates, customers, and stakeholders. Your camera must be on and positioned correctly to clearly show your face. This practice is crucial for maintaining connection and engagement, as non-verbal cues are essential for effective communication. We will provide comprehensive training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure you become proficient within the service area serve as a critical bridge between business users and technology solutions design, develop and deploy intelligent automation solutions using different tools, design principles, and conventions (e.g., Python, UiPath, generative AI) maintain proper documentation for solutions, test procedures, and scenarios during UAT and production environments coordinate with process owners and business partners to understand the as-is processes and design the automation process flow participates in design sessions with business process owners to provide technical direction on design considerations for development, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and reusability comply with and help design coding standards, policies, and procedures for every development effort learn and grow across a wide range of artificial intelligence-related tools and techniques Be equipped with: 3+ years of development experience that includes successful implementations experience with Python 3.x a collaborative mindset ability to translate business processes into the Intelligent Automation landscape agile methodology understanding strong written and oral communications along with presentation and interpersonal skills production system deployment and support experience Preferred: experience with generative AI, especially prompt engineering experience with AI in Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform knowledge and experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Bring education or experience from: a bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience in computer science or related discipline Enhance your talents Providing outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
