The IT Analyst/Engineer – Intern is an exciting role within a modern and progressive IT department. The role holder will be expected to work, extract, visualise and maximise the usage of the vast quantities of data available, being able to collaborate with team members and colleagues to achieve what is required. The person will work as a member of a team, picking up tasks and tickets assigned to them, but in addition may be required to perform individual tasks to experiment and evaluate new concepts, including adoption of AI, process automation and innovation. In completing their work, the role holder will need to be confident to showcase how they approached their work, the activities they performed, demonstrate the output, and participate In retrospectives.
