JOB DESCRIPTION:
The IT Analyst – Infrastructure Deployments will support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT infrastructure rollouts across the organization. This role will focus on deploying hardware, software, and networking components to support business growth via acquisitions and new builds. This position will report to the VP of IT with a dotted line to the Project Managers responsible for clinic expansions. They will collaborate with internal business and IT leads and external partners to ensure successful clinic openings.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in infrastructure technologies, project coordination, and hands-on deployment support. They must be detail-oriented and able to handle day-to-day tactical issues while also seeing the big picture and working strategically to prioritize efforts. This position will work closely with Project Managers and act as the main technical project team member for integrating the network and desktop infrastructures for new clinics. They will provide vendor oversight for developing scope of work and executing onsite tasks such as low voltage cabling, network equipment installation, and clinic testing and turn-up. This position must be able to work independently, possess a strong commitment to high-quality customer service, and have a solid work ethic. Having the ability to document, follow, and maintain standardized procedures is a must.
The person in this role will work remotely but is expected to travel to various U.S. locations to provide onsite support for clinic openings; travel is expected to be between 25-35%. There is a strong preference for resources in the northeastern United States. The role may require after-hours or weekend work during critical deployments, and it involves the physical setup of equipment which may require climbing a ladder.
