KEY RESPONSIBILITIES APAC Business Partnership * Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related asks and inquiries from Honeywell Aerospace business leaders across the Asia Pacific region * Own and maintain the APAC business engagement calendar — scheduling regular touchpoints, preparing briefing materials, and managing follow-up actions * Track and manage business stakeholder requests — ensuring they are routed to the right IT owner, communicated back to the business, and resolved within agreed timelines * Build and maintain a relationship map of key APAC business contacts — understanding their priorities, pain points, and IT dependencies * Prepare briefing notes and status updates for the CoS and VP on APAC business relationship health Vendor Coordination & QBR Support * Support the preparation and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic India IT vendors — coordinating logistics, compiling performance data, and tracking action items * Maintain vendor relationship documentation — contact lists, contract summaries, SLA tracking, and governance records * Track vendor commitments and escalate delivery risks to the CoS in a timely manner * Coordinate vendor onboarding and engagement activities in partnership with Finance and Procurement Communications & Stakeholder Coordination * Draft professional communications, briefing notes, and summaries on behalf of the CoS for business partner and vendor audiences * Maintain a structured record of all APAC stakeholder interactions, commitments, and open items * Support the CoS in preparing materials for business leadership engagement forums and IT steering committees
Responsibilities
The role serves as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries from APAC business leaders and manages the engagement cadence. Additionally, it supports vendor coordination activities, including QBR preparation, contract governance, and tracking vendor commitments.
