Responsibilities: IT Analyst II, Operations Services is responsible for the day-to-day support of Tier 1 and Tier 2 services, and will be responsible for resolving 1st line service requests and incidents for all assigned tickets, while performing advanced 2nd line troubleshooting for issues that cannot be resolved by 1st line support, and working directly with other IT groups to ensure the effective resolution of support-related requests. Required skills: Degree in Computer Science (Bac+3) Strong understanding of IT support methodologies (ITIL recommended) and ticketing system tools At least 3 years of experience in the IT field Advanced communication skills Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills Knowledge of IT: servers, networks, software, and computing Send your application before January 23rd, 2026
