What You Will Do: This role is intended for DT\IT students who are interested in gaining practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced professional environment for a defined period. you are expected to demonstrate initiative, engage in self-directed learning, and collaborate with the team to define and achieve learning goals aligned with both personal development and organizational needs. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure all service activities support and strengthen the strategic objectives of the overall organization. Support IT operations and service delivery activities across multiple DT domains. Champion IT service improvement initiatives by leveraging best practices and methodologies (e.g., ITIL). Suggest and contribute to the implementation of automation solutions for manual and labor-intensive DT tasks and selected business function processes. Assist in resolving operational issues related to DT services and participate in root cause analysis and service stabilization efforts. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders on assigned initiatives and improvement projects. What You Will Learn: You will be exposed to the full cycle of Digital Technology operations within Raytheon Saudi Arabia. The program will start with hands-on experience in the Helpdesk function, followed by structured involvement in 2nd and 3rd level support activities, working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and supporting ongoing IT service delivery and infrastructure initiatives. In addition, the internship plan will include a business analysis component, where each intern will be assigned to support one of Raytheon Saudi Arabia’s business functions (such as HR, Facilities, or Finance) in analyzing a service or process and contributing to the implementation of a new or improved IT solution. To further enrich the interns’ professional development, they will be invited to attend weekly and monthly DT meetings and will have scheduled one-to-one sessions with Raytheon Saudi Arabia Leadership Team members to gain exposure to leadership practices, business strategy, and organizational culture. Qualifications You Must Have: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an emphasis in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Student GPA should be (3+ out of 4) or (4+ out of 5). An official university letter is required to be attached along with the CV. Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams. Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and oral); must be able to communicate effectively. Desired Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently. Solid organizational skills. Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complexity in a diverse environment. Experience working in a team to quickly address challenges.
