Job Title: IT Analyst Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 1-3 years Job Description: Johnson Controls is looking for a motivated IT Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions that meet business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the effective delivery of IT services. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the analysis of user requirements and develop functional specifications for IT solutions. Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of IT systems and applications. Provide support for IT systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions. Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for reference and training. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in IT analysis, support, or related roles. Familiarity with ITIL concepts and methodologies is a plus. Basic understanding of software development, database management, and networking concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
