The Opportunity

As an IT Analyst, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support while helping maintain and improve the organisation's IT infrastructure and cloud environments. You will play a key role in supporting business users, managing Microsoft technologies, maintaining security standards, and contributing to ongoing technology initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be broadly, but not limited to, the below. At all times, you will be required to conduct yourself in a professional manner that reflects our core values:

• Support, administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and related technologies including Email, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive for Business, inTune, Entra, Windows 11 and more
• Provide L1 and L2 support to local users through the helpdesk system and resolve IT incidents
• Set up, configure, and maintain user laptops, desktops, and related accessories
• Manage and provide administration to the IT Infrastructure, including on-premises deployments and cloud-based SaaS/IaaS environments (primarily M365/Azure) and other business applications
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and accessories
• Monitor backup jobs and systems health statuses
• Liaise with external vendors on day-to-day operational (BAU) matters as required

Skills & Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in supporting IT systems and solutions
• Strong willingness to learn in a constantly changing environment
• Proactive in identifying issues and finding solutions
• Working experience with MS Azure and M365 environments
• Occasional need to work outside office hours, including responding quickly if contacted and making planned system-wide changes after hours to avoid user disruption
