For more details please visit www.textron.in Position Summary The Network IT Analysis role for Textron Network Operations (24x7 Support) is to ensure the day-to-day network operations stability and integrity of Network Services which includes data, WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, video, Network related automation and wireless network services. This is achieved by using support tools and understanding the network Services monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links. This individual will also analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide lower-level Network Engineering training. Qualifications · The IT Analysis will have a bachelor’s degree in computer science/ information technology with 3 - 5 years of related work experience, · Certifications (Recommended) Ø Cisco: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE Ø CompTIA: Network+, Security+ Ø Juniper: JNCIA, JNCIP Ø AWS/Azure/GCP Networking certs Ø Certified Network Defender (CND) · Project Experience Ø Network design and implementation Ø Migration to cloud or hybrid environments Ø Disaster recovery and high availability Ø SD-WAN deployment Ø Automation of network tasks · Soft Skills Ø Documentation and reporting Ø Desire to learn/ find the right resolution Ø Collaboration with cross-functional teams Ø Incident response and escalation Ø Continuous learning mindset Ø Network Automation & Scripting
