POSITION OVERVIEW

The IT Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions for the Perceptive Content ImageNow system that aligns with business needs and improve operational efficiency. This role involves gathering requirements, evaluating system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize IT processes and solutions. The IT Analyst will work closely with various departments to identify technological needs, provide technical support, and recommend improvements to ensure that systems are efficient, secure, and scalable.

25% - REQUIREMENTS GATHERING AND ANALYSIS

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for IT projects.
  • Identify areas where IT can improve business processes and propose effective technology solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the IT development and support teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma/GED and four years of relevant experience or an Associate’s degree and two years of relevant professional experience or a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Two years of experience in IT analysis, business analysis, or a related field as evidenced by application materials.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience to assess complex systems and processes, as evidenced by application materials.
  • Two years of experience in data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.) as evidenced by application materials.
  • Excellent written communication skills as evidenced by application materials.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, databases, and business applications as evidenced by application materials.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as evidenced by application materials.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to solve problems and deliver high quality results as evidenced by application materials.
