XL.net is looking for an experience Proactive Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time work-from-home position, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Central Time. This role will require preparing data and attending brief daily client-facing virtual meetings for alignment reviews, as well as internal weekly and quarterly department meetings.

Outstanding listening and communication skills are a must, because it is imperative that our clients get the best service we have to offer. Navigating challenging situations in a professional manner, while articulating confident solutions to our customers’ concerns and needs will make you successful in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed associate or bachelor’s degree in a computer technology-related program.
  • Excellent English-language verbal, written, virtual meeting presence, and customer service skills.
  • Over 3 years of experience providing support to end users and IT infrastructure.
  • Certification in CompTIA, VMware, or Microsoft.
  • Exceptional attention to detail while thriving in a fast-paced highly structured environment.
  • Knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and subnetting, as well as remote access technologies such as VPN and terminal services.
  • Extensive experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Windows desktop and server systems, and Active Directory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
  • Solid understanding of IT best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong desire to continuously learn new technologies and enhance skill set.
  • Proactive approach in resolving issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple work items simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
  • Experience in vendor management, particularly in email, hosting, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities
  • Partnering with System Analysts to increase the Proactive Team’s efficiency to deliver data-driven recommendations that increase the security and reliability of clients’ environment.
  • Conducting detailed analysis for remote/virtual client meetings to reduce “noise” and lower user support request tickets.
  • Completing technical Alignment assessments to identify potential issues within client environments and enhance their technical capabilities.
  • Demonstrating innovative thinking while staying focused on objectives.
  • Helping with onboarding new clients and the documentation processes.
