POSITION
We are looking for a proactive IT & Cloud Support Engineer with 2-3 years experience, ideally gained in a small to mid-sized company. This is a hands on role covering both technical support and physical IT tasks, so you’ll need to be comfortable moving equipment, setting up desks, and jumping in wherever needed.
You’ll provide 2nd line support, maintain and optimise our hybrid IT environment, and work with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and virtualisation technologies. This role offers the chance to get involved in a wide range of projects, learn from senior team members, and develop your skills across cloud and infrastructure.
