JOB TITLE: IT and Digital Manager
LOCATION: Petty Pool, Pool Lane, Sandiway, Cheshire, CW8 2DR
REPORTS TO: Head of Performance and Compliance
SALARY: £33,277.26 - £36,785.65 (Grade 5)
HOURS: 35 Hours per week - Monday to Friday – 52 week contract

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The IT and Digital Manager will lead the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of Petty Pool Trust’s digital infrastructure and strategy. This includes ensuring robust IT systems, maintaining Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, embedding secure data practices, and driving forward digital transformation across all services and sites.
Working closely with leadership and service teams, the role will champion a digital-first culture that supports operational efficiency, inclusive access, and strategic development. This post also includes oversight of data protection, management of the IT Support Technician, and responsibility for the IT and digital budget.
