Support enterprise and SaaS tools such as ERP, CRM, and collaboration platforms Troubleshoot system issues impacting daily business operations Process Documentation & Optimization Analyze and document business workflows across Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance Support implementation of standardized and automated workflows Participate in internal transformation initiatives (e.g., Quote-to-Cash projects) Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and track execution Support change management and user adoption activities 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or business systems support Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud/SaaS environments, and enterprise systems Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and take ownership as an individual specialist Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to evaluate, configure, and support extensions, add-ins, or integrations for web-based applications to improve operational efficiency The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
