JOB BRIEF

You will be a member of a growing IT team that ensures mobile devices are tested, set up, kitted and dispatched to our customers in a timely fashion. You will ensure the customer is informed at every stage of the process and appropriate stock sheets and asset data bases are updated accordingly. You will work in our staging and distribution area, managing goods in and goods out and ensuring stock is handled correctly using a stock system.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Must work well in a Team environment
  • Some knowledge of the telecoms industry would be beneficial
  • Accurate data entry and typing skills
  • Effective communication skills (written and telephone)

Responsibilities
  • Handling goods in and goods out
  • Managing customers assets
  • Fulfil customer orders for mobile devices, including pre-staging of devices
  • Monitor work streams to ensure all requests are actioned in a timely manner
  • Update Internal and customer ticketing systems and asset databases
  • Monitor stock levels, carry out stock takes and ensure minimum stock levels are maintained
  • Identify and escalate priorities and manage Ad hoc projects
  • Update knowledge by studying product descriptions and participating in learning opportunities.
