ABOUT THE ROLE

This role assists in the management and delivery of Health Shield’s security and infrastructure capabilities. The role has a specific focus on managing and delivering high quality and professional security responses to Customer security questions and requires the role holder to work across a wide range of business and customer stakeholders to ensure infrastructure and security capabilities are effectively communicated and understood and match the risk appetite of the business and its Customers.
The role will require a good understanding of security capabilities across a wide range of platforms and services, including network devices, antivirus, spam and filtering management, SIEM, cloud-based systems, vulnerability and penetration testing regimes, and other capabilities.
