Company Description The AMIRAL project is a large-scale petrochemical integration program at the SATORP refinery in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, jointly owned by Saudi Aramco and TotalEnergies. It aims to integrate a new petrochemical complex with the existing refinery while deploying a Digital System Plant (DSP) program to support digital transformation and operational efficiency. The DSP program, launched in 2025, includes the deployment of multiple commercial applications and ICT infrastructure, governed by a SATORP-led PMO and executed with system integrators and vendors, ensuring seamless integration of digital tools, telecommunications, and documentation systems across the project lifecycle. Job Description - Structure and prioritize business requirements, communicate plans with stakeholders, assist in requirement gathering, system design, and drafting functional specifications. - Provide technical expertise and recommendations, identify necessary modifications in existing landscapes, and collaborate with the Project Leader, Data & Analytics, and ICT team to ensure viable and consistent solutions. - Ensure adherence to IT standards, company policies, and procedures throughout the development process. - Responsible for status reports and presentations during weekly management meetings. - Maintain a can-do attitude for any additional tasks required by ICT Management. - Telecommunications systems and network integration: • ASPEN • VISUAL MESA • HEXAGON • BELSIM Qualifications - Extensive working experience in Middle East region.
