Company Description The AMIRAL project is a large-scale petrochemical integration program at the SATORP refinery in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, jointly owned by Saudi Aramco and TotalEnergies. It aims to integrate a new petrochemical complex with the existing refinery while deploying a Digital System Plant (DSP) program to support digital transformation and operational efficiency. The DSP program, launched in 2025, includes the deployment of multiple commercial applications and ICT infrastructure, governed by a SATORP-led PMO and executed with system integrators and vendors, ensuring seamless integration of digital tools, telecommunications, and documentation systems across the project lifecycle. Job Description Coordinate stakeholders to ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk objectives Act as a PMO support role within the AMIRAL DSP program alongside SATORP staff Coordinate internal teams, EPCs, system integrators, and vendors to ensure timely and compliant delivery Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in line with SATORP roadmaps Track project progress, manage changes, and report performance indicators to management Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across application deployment and infrastructure interfaces Lead documentation migration activities from PMT tools to SATORP systems (NewProdom and related platforms) Define document structures, metadata, access rights, and governance rules Oversee data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and quality control Organize and deliver training sessions for end users and provide ongoing functional support Maintain project documentation, reporting, and lessons learned Support continuous improvement through feedback collection and process optimization Qualifications Experience & Expertise 5–10 years of experience in project management, application deployment, or digital transformation projects Proven experience working in PMO or large industrial programs (oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery projects preferred) Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators Strong understanding of document management systems and data migration projects Technical Skills Knowledge of application deployment lifecycle and ICT infrastructure integration Experience with documentation management, metadata definition, and data quality processes Familiarity with telecom, networking, and digital tools (Digital Twin, authoring platforms is an advantage) Strong reporting, planning, and performance tracking skills Soft Skills & Other Requirements Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work in a multicultural, complex project environment Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Fluent in English (spoken and written) Willingness to work onsite in Jubail, KSA (residential position) Availability to mobilize within a maximum of 2 months Additional Information Ideal candidates should have extensive working experience in middle east region. Transferable IQAMA.
