The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable technical solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow across the organization. Responsibilities & Essential Functions Primary Lead the development and maintenance of the enterprise company system that supports company-wide operations and daily business processes across all departments. Analyze business workflows and gather user requirements to translate them into clear and actionable technical specifications. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, collect feedback, and ensure that system features align with business needs. Monitor system performance and stability, manage system security, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data. Investigate and resolve system issues through root cause analysis, working with relevant teams to implement effective and timely solutions. Manage system updates and modifications through a structured change management process, ensuring all deployments are properly tested and documented. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system requirements, test plans, deployment records, and user guides. Support integration with external systems and internal legacy applications, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure and compliance with IT policies. Serve as a communication bridge between business units and IT teams, facilitating smooth collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Secondary Manage user access rights and roles within the company system to ensure appropriate data visibility and system usage across departments. Provide user support and troubleshooting assistance, including training sessions or documentation to help users effectively utilize system features. Conduct validation testing and quality assurance for new releases, ensuring system updates meet functional and performance requirements. Coordinate with external vendors or third-party providers when implementing or integrating external modules, ensuring proper configuration and alignment with internal systems. Participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, security, and scalability. Salary: $80,000 - 95,000 + (DOE) /yr. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in end-to-end IT systems development or equivalent education and work experience Strong skills in analyzing business processes and writing clear, actionable requirements and functional specs. Proficiency in Java, Java EE, .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and version control (Git/SVN). Hands-on experience with database programming using PL/SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL) or T-SQL (SQL Server). Solid understanding of relational databases and ORM technologies. Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholder communication, and drive project execution. Experience managing the full software development lifecycle in Agile environments.
