Purpose of the Job This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance technical expertise with strategic vision, serving as both a "Business Partner" to Finance teams and a "Product Owner" who owns and manages the ERP system. The ERP Manager will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the system and operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and aligning the ERP roadmap with business growth and needs.Responsibilities ERP System Management• Oversee the management and operation of the ERP system using Oracle EBS (Finance modules) and Microsoft D365 (Supply Chain modules).• Act as the "Product Owner" to own and manage the ERP system, ensuring its effective utilization and continuous improvement.• Formulate and manage ERP projects aimed at enhancing system functionality and operational efficiency.• Work closely with business stakeholders to design and implement the ERP roadmap in alignment with business growth and needs, managing the necessary budget and project control.Collaboration and Partnership• Serve as a "Business Partner" to Group and Business Line (BL) Finance teams, understanding business priorities and develop IT plan to support and enable the execution of these business plans.System Integration• Design and implement system integrations with other applications such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS).Resource Management• Manage both internal and external IT resources to ensure the ERP system's availability, performance, stability, and reliability.• Define and implement an IT support model to enhance the support level and user experience of the ERP system.• Participate in any ad-hoc projects as assignedTeam Leadership• Lead and manage a small IT team dedicated to ERP management.• Define and enforce governance and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with related policies and regulatory requirements.Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance / Accounting or a related field.• 5+ years of proven experience in managing ERP systems, particularly Oracle EBS (Finance modules) OR Microsoft D365 (Supply Chain modules).• Strong project management skills, with the ability to formulate and execute ERP projects effectively.• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.• Experience in system integration and IT resource management.• Knowledge of governance and SOPs related to ERP systems.
