Job Purpose The role holder is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise IT applications to support Specialized’s business operations, ensuring seamless integration with internal systems, MCN and BCN networks, and client environments.The role includes coordinating with business units to align application functionalities with operational needs and ensuring performance, security, and compliance standards are met. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain internal IT applications—including OSS, BSS, ERP, and enterprise systems—to support business operations and ensure system integration across departments. Execute application lifecycle activities such as requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring high performance and minimal downtime. Ensure smooth integration of IT applications with internal infrastructure, devices, and network systems, maintaining interoperability with MCN and BCN platforms. Optimize application functionality and performance through continuous monitoring and enhancement, addressing operational, security, and regulatory needs. Collaborate with business units to analyze operational requirements and ensure IT applications are aligned with business processes and client expectations. Maintain relationships with application vendors and service providers to ensure quality in application support, licensing, and service-level delivery. Support the resolution of issues impacting OSS/BSS and other critical applications in collaboration with MCN and BCN customer care teams. Implement data governance and cybersecurity protocols across IT applications in alignment with internal frameworks and compliance standards. Drive continuous improvement and innovation by adopting emerging technologies and enhancing application features to increase efficiency. Provide technical assistance, training, and post-launch support for internal users to ensure effective system usage and adoption. Qualifications: Bachelor in Telecom Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field Years of Experience: Preferred experience of (1 - 3) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise Business Language Skills: English language proficiency level is fluent.
