THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced IT Application Support Analyst to join our national team. This role plays a key part in supporting and enhancing the business applications that keep our firm running smoothly.
You’ll work alongside our Senior Finance Systems Support Analyst to provide expert support across platforms like iManage, Aderant and Microsoft applications. You’ll be involved in troubleshooting, vendor liaison, upgrades, documentation and project work, all while helping our people get the most out of the tools they use every day.

Responsibilities
  • Providing Level 2 and 3 support for enterprise applications including iManage, Aderant and Microsoft tools
  • Resolving incidents and service requests with professionalism and care
  • Working with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Supporting application configuration, patching, upgrades and testing
  • Maintaining documentation and user guides
  • Collaborating with business units to support enhancements and new implementations
  • Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Contributing to rollouts, integrations and migrations
