Job Purpose:

Job Holder plays a critical role in ensuring that smart systems and applications that are applied within the department operates smoothly and efficiently based on strategic plans and objectives. Job occupant works closely with dev teams and IT project managers to provide necessary technical support in maintaining high performance in programs and systems adopted within department.

Academic Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master/s in the field of IT or Computer Sciences or anything similar from a globally recognized university.

Years of Experience: from 8 – 10 years of experience in the field of IT or any relative field.

Job Skills: Linguistic skills: Proficient with the English language in reading, writing, speaking and analysis.

Computer Skills: Capable of using Microsoft office Applications when required.

Project Management Skills: Plan, Manage, Implement Projects.

Programming skills: Knowledgeable with programming and coding.
