IT APPLICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER:

We are seeking a Support Engineer with a solid technical background to support our applications. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in T-SQL and either C# or Java. The primary responsibility will be to read the code, understand where the problem might be, and fix simple bugs or incidents. This role is considered a level 2 of support.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Good Knowledge in T-SQL and either C# or Java.
  • Ability to read and understand code to identify and fix issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities

ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support for our applications, focusing on T-SQL and either C# or Java.
  • Read and analyze code to identify and resolve issues.
  • Fix simple bugs and incidents to ensure smooth operation of our applications.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
  • Document solutions and maintain records of issues and resolutions.
