Your profile

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of application support (incident, patch and change management) as well as confident use of ITSM tools and ticketing systems
• Basic understanding of IT security requirements and data protection regulations (GDPR)
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) and scripting is an advantage.
• Experience in coordinating external service providers and in collaborating with internal departments.
• Strong communication skills and a pronounced team orientation
• Analytical thinking, structured work methods, and an understanding of business processes
• Sense of responsibility, initiative, flexibility and openness to new technologies
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (at least at language level C1)
• Good subject-specific English skills
