Your challenge

We are looking for an IT Application Support Specialist / System Engineer (m/f/d) to provide technical and professional support for key business applications and infrastructure components. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for our core systems – from SAP Business One and our ITSM tool SMAX to the maintenance of our MS SQL databases – and will work with internal departments and external service providers to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation.

Exciting field of work:

• Requirements, error and test management as well as user support (training, instruction) in the ERP system (SAP Business One) and ITSM system (SMAX)
• Creation of dashboards and analyses, customization in the applications.
• Active support in the further development of processes
• Administration, troubleshooting, and management of users, permissions, and licenses
• Management of service providers, coordination of releases & patch management
• Solution documentation and employee training
• Creation and customization of workflows
• Managing subscriptions and resources in cloud applications

Take responsibility:

• Incident & Problem Management: Problem solving, pattern recognition and tracking of general errors
• Active participation in the service organization and further development of services and processes.
• Identification of technical and procedural requirements together with the specialist departments
• Supporting the specialist departments in the efficient use of the systems and in solving problems that arise
• Service provider management: contract management, relationship management, service reviews
• Service controlling, internal and external, including invoice verification.
• Responsibility for coordinating and leading the supporting partners
• Active further development of the systems
