Description
Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an IT / Application / System Support professional to provide on-site and operational IT support for enterprise environments. This role requires hands-on experience in cabling, LAN, and basic networking, along with the ability to support users, systems, and applications in a professional setup. The ideal candidate is Lahore-based, technically sound, and comfortable working in field and office environments while coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide on-site IT and application support to internal users and clients Perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of: LAN and structured cabling Network connectivity issues End-user hardware and basic system configurations Diagnose and resolve IT, system, and application-related issues efficiently Coordinate with internal IT teams for escalation and resolution of complex issues Maintain logs, incident records, and basic documentation of support activities Ensure timely resolution of issues while meeting service expectations Support routine IT operations and field-level technical tasks as assigned Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT / System / Application Support Hands-on experience in: Cabling LAN Basic networking Must be resident of Lahore Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline Basic understanding of IT support processes and troubleshooting methodologies Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with users Willingness to work on-site and handle operational/field support tasks
