Description:
Here at Aspire Housing we currently have a new opportunity within our IT team. We’re looking for an Applications Analyst to support projects to implement new applications and develop our existing applications, ensuring that we are maximising the systems and functionality.
In this varied role you will support the service desk, providing 2nd line support following our ITIL incident and problem management processes and ensuring that we deliver in accordance to our service levels.
Analytical and logical, you will be an integral part of the team to develop the housing management system, designing and developing workflows that benefit the business and maximise productivity.
You’ll have gained an understanding of change management processes and adhere to these when applying system changes and will support a collaborative approach across the business.
With experience in a similar role, you will be able to support and develop software applications and support multiple projects simultaneously throughout the lifecycle. You’ll be accustomed to testing and implementing new applications and making necessary changes to existing applications, identifying improvements to streamline operations and potential risks, ensuring that steps are taken to minimise the issue while ensuring that accurate documentation is created and maintained to support all current applications.
If you are a self-motivated IT professional who has strong change management and governance skills, ideally with a relevant service management and project qualification such as ITIL we would love to hear from you!
We have the perfect blend of houses and services to help improve lives.
When we set up the company in 2000, we wanted to do much more than just provide nice homes, so we established a unique mix of support which can be tailored to suit you.
Our employment and skills team can help you get a job you love, and our friendly money advice people can make your pennies stretch further than you ever imagined
