We are excited to announce a new opportunity within our IT team for an Applications Analyst to support our Homes Transformation project. This role is pivotal in implementing new applications and enhancing our existing systems to ensure we maximize their functionality and efficiency.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a self-motivated IT professional with a background in social housing and knowledge of housing management systems. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of change management processes.
- The ability to support a collaborative approach across the business.
- Strong change management and governance skills.
- A willingness to develop and improve continuously.
- Relevant service management and project qualifications such as ITIL (desirable but not essential).
Responsibilities:
As an IT Applications Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our housing management systems. Your analytical and logical approach will help design and develop workflows that enhance business productivity. You will be involved in:
- Supporting and developing housing management and software applications.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously throughout their lifecycle.
- Testing and implementing new applications and making necessary changes to existing ones.
- Identifying improvements to streamline operations and mitigate potential risks.
- Creating and maintaining accurate documentation to support all current applications.
