BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS & ANALYSIS:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes and workflows.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP) are a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

• 5-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst or IT Applications Analyst role.
• Experience in enterprise applications, software implementation, and process improvement.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency in IT applications, databases, and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge IT and business teams.
• Stakeholder management experience.
