JOB SUMMARY:

As an IT Applications Developer at Wesley Financial Group, you will play a pivotal role in our Application Services Team. We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and proactive Titan Frontend Web Developer with experience integrating with Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining robust frontend and middleware systems that seamlessly interface with Salesforce, while leveraging Titan’s no-code/low-code platform to deliver scalable enterprise applications. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to gathering business requirements and feedback, designing and implementing scalable solutions, following best practices, and supporting the Wesley software applications landscape, system and data integrations, internal intranet sites, and external client portals.
You should be well-versed in change management and governance and be proficient in communicating, prioritizing, designing, testing, implementing, deploying, debugging, and supporting business needs, requests, enhancements, new systems and applications, while maintaining top performance and system integrity. This role is part of an application services team which reports to the IT Director of Application Services, who then reports to the CIO / CTO. The position is also responsible for working directly with business units and stakeholders with the ability to connect successfully with non-technical team members, managers, and end-users of the systems being supported in a collaborative way. A successful candidate will place business needs and customer service at the forefront of their day-to-day interactions.

FRONTEND DEVELOPMENT UI/UX (USER INTERFACE / USER EXPERIENCE):

  • Design and develop responsive, user-centric interfaces using Titan’s no-code/low-code tools.
  • Customize Titan web forms, flows, and widgets to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate designs into functional digital experiences.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming, Engineering, Data Administration, Business Administration and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Titan frontend development and/or equivalent UI/UX web and portal platforms.
  • 5+ years of proven expertise with Titan Platform (Forms, Docs, Web, Sign) and/or equivalent UI/UX platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience with data integrations and API development utilizing REST architecture methods, protocols such as SOAP, HTTP, SMTP, etc., and data formats in JSON, XML, plain text.
  • 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Independent systems thinking and willingness to collaborate ideas and brainstorm with the IT team, external tech partners, vendors, and consultants.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Appian).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Rapid Development, JAD.
  • Understanding of security best practices in web app development.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and performant technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce applications and development tools is a plus.
