Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Applications Project Manager to join our Global IT team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our digital transformation initiatives. You will not just track timelines; you will partner with business stakeholders to ensure that every IT deliverable translates into tangible business value. You will act as a "Gatekeeper" for project quality, managing risks, vendors, and internal resources to take projects from initiation to successful go live. Strategic Planning & Execution Digital Transformation: Lead end-to-end IT projects (Initiation to Go-Live) to drive digital transformation. KPI Achievement: Define and track project KPIs to ensure alignment with corporate strategic goals. Stakeholder & Business Value Business Partnership: Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to deliver high-value IT solutions. Scope & Budget: Deliver projects on time and within budget while strictly managing scope creep. Risk Management & Governance Proactive Gatekeeping: Manage project risks, solve problems, and raise "red flags" to maintain project integrity. Transparent Reporting: Provide clear status updates to the PMO and escalate critical issues to management. Leadership & Vendor Management Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead internal IT teams (Developers, Architects) in a matrix environment. Vendor Oversight: Manage external vendors and integrators to ensure SLA compliance and delivery quality Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically focused on Enterprise Applications Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile\/Scrum methodologies, with the ability to adapt the approach based on project needs. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet). Excellent ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical business stakeholders.
