Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Applications Specialist - Intune Administrator to join our team. In this essential role, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our services, providing crucial support to our department in delivering exceptional client service and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree, in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience (5+ years).
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) strongly preferred; additional Microsoft certifications (MTA, MCSA, Security, Azure) a plus.
  • Deep, hands-on Intune administration experience across Windows, iOS, and Android.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Autopilot, conditional access, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
  • Skilled in application packaging (Win32, MSI, MSIX), deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API for automation and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Maintaining focus on the best possible customer experience regardless of how great or small the impact.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation, create knowledge base articles, deliver technical training, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Occasional travel between regional offices; ability to lift and transport moderately heavy IT equipment.
Responsibilities

Intune & Modern Endpoint Management

  • Device Management & Enrollment – Configure and manage enrollment policies for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS via Microsoft Intune and Azure AD. Implement and maintain Windows Autopilot profiles for zero-touch deployment and manage the complete device lifecycle from enrollment to retirement.
  • Application Packaging & Deployment – Package, deploy, and update applications via Intune (Win32, MSI, MSIX, LOB apps), including for Company Portal integration. Manage Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies for BYOD scenarios.
  • Microsoft 365 Integration – Integrate Intune with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender for Endpoint) and Azure AD conditional access policies.
  • Troubleshooting & Tier 2/3 Support – Serve as escalation point for Intune-related incidents including enrollment failures, policy conflicts, and application deployment issues. Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with Microsoft support when necessary.
  • Automation & Scripting – Develop PowerShell scripts and leverage Microsoft Graph API for automation, custom configurations, and proactive remediation.
  • Reporting & Analytics – Generate and maintain compliance, health, and deployment reports using Endpoint Analytics, Microsoft Graph, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Update & Patch Management – Configure and monitor Windows Updates, manage feature update deployment rings, and ensure patch compliance across all managed endpoints.
  • Documentation & Process Management – Maintain up-to-date documentation for Intune configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides, and change management records.

General Application & Cloud Service Support

  • Provide escalation support for desktop and cloud-based application issues in coordination with the Technical Support team.
  • Maintain and enhance performance of non-Intune-managed enterprise applications and user-facing cloud services.
  • Support application lifecycle activities including testing, deployment, and updates.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles, end-user training materials, and internal technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for application implementation and support.
  • Assist with after-hours updates, maintenance, and escalation coverage on a rotation basis.
