Description We are seeking a collaborative and solutions-driven IT Applications Support Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 0–3 years of experience, including internships or early career experience. The focus is on business application support—not hardware or networking—so we’re looking for individuals eager to work with tools like JD Edwards (JDE), Salesforce, Power BI, and emerging AI solutions, as well as SQL and data analysis. Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues. Assist with application configuration, maintenance, and upgrades. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration across systems. Document issues and resolutions for future reference. Train and support end-users on application functionality. Monitor application performance and ensure security compliance. Perform basic SQL queries and data analysis to support reporting and decision-making. Requirements 0–3 years of experience in IT application support or related roles (internship experience welcome). Familiarity with JD Edwards, Salesforce, Power BI, and SQL or similar tools are preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
