AYANA Komodo is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Apprentice to join our team! This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry's IT operations. As an IT Apprentice, you will assist in maintaining computer systems, networks, and software applications that support our daily operations. Responsibilities Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for staff across the hotel Support the setup and maintenance of computer systems and networks Help in the installation and configuration of software applications Participate in regular system backups and data recovery processes Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and supplies Provide technical support to staff, addressing their IT needs and inquiries Assist in training staff on new technologies and software Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in IT Fresh graduates from information technology, computer science or related fields are encouraged to apply Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment Ability to work flexible hours if required

Responsibilities
