What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the friendly first point of contact for IT queries—via phone, email, or our ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network gremlins.
• Set up and maintain IT kit like laptops, mobiles, and printers (yes, even the moody ones).
• Keep our IT asset register in tip-top shape.
• Learn the ropes of IT security and data protection.

• Help manage stock levels

• GCSEs, A-Levels, or equivalent—no experience needed, just enthusiasm!
