Netcentrix is seeking a motivated IT Support Apprentice to join our growing team. This entry-level role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, where you’ll learn how to provide high-quality technical support to a wide range of clients.
Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll develop essential IT skills, from troubleshooting and ticket management to customer service and user support. With structured training, mentoring, and real-world experience, this apprenticeship will equip you with the technical knowledge and professional behaviours needed for a successful career in IT.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
