As part of their IT team, you will play a key role in supporting the technology that underpins their innovative design work across multiple UK offices.
In this role, you will work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

• Has a keen interest in IT and is willing to learn alongside working.
• Has strong communication and customer service skills.
• Can organise their workloads to meet deadlines.
• Is reliable and is willing to ask questions when unsure.
• Having a basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows OS (10 & 11).
• Having a basic knowledge of Windows PCs, laptops, and mobiles (iOS and Android).
• Having knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting techniques.
