Job Purpose The role holder is responsible for developing and maintaining the overall Digital technology architecture models and roadmap providing technical leadership and consulting across. This position exists to evaluate current Cybersecurity architectures, define gaps, develop transition roadmaps and establishing principles. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure   Job Responsibility Lead IT architecture development and maintenance activities and IT platform roadmap development Ensure to address applications development needs and sets architecture components and concepts to develop business solutions aligned with digital frameworks Direct the Application development practices and policies for all major aspects of the architecture of an application, including user interface and middleware Lead analysis of the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement Ensure to define Architecture principles , frameworks , guidelines and roadmap for Technology Architecture Governance to be aligned with Group Architecture Governance & Enablement and shared with stc group subsidiaries Job Responsibility (cont.) Manage E2E architectural engagement (blueprinting, assessment, etc.) as per the E2E architecture development processes Evaluate and assess the as-is architecture and conduct the assessment to define the to-be architecture Direct the gaps between As-Is and To-Be data architectures and define the transition architecture and roadmap for addressing those gaps Ensure to support Technology Excellence & Control to translate architecture roadmap into materialized demands and executable projects/programs as needed Evaluate and review technical & architecture proposals such as RFIs & RFP and provide insights Develop and maintain principles, guidelines, policies, and reference architectures for the respective domains. Ensure to Identify and materialize the studies around technology efficiency and optimization. Manage updating the Architecture repository with relevant architecture’s artifacts, deliverables, and architectural details Support in architecture-related change management reviews such as  RFPs , Architectural significant CRs. Improve and provide insight in architecture-related demand management reviews for TU’s and related demand.  Years of Experience A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role.   Nature of Experience Prior experience in managing large scale Technology Architecture Transformation and Implementation programs Preferred prior experience in leading large scale technology organizations (Network or IT) Exposure to emerging trends and technologies in previous roles   Job Band "SME"Skills Strong leadership skills with ability to influence C-level executives Sound knowledge of the telecom industry, related technology innovation and vendor / platform landscape Strong knowledge of Management and Financial systems Strong change management skills Strong Decision making and problem solving skills Strong knowledge for Enterprise Technologies. Strong knowledge for Digital Architecture concepts and principles.   Education Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Computer ScienceMasters Degree in TechnologyAdditional Education Certifications Preferred relevant certification in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF)
