Description

Create your best future and join Westpac as an IT Asset Administration Manager.
This role will facilitate the end-to-end administration, analysis and understanding of the Westpac Hardware and Software asset management environment. This involves capturing and entering all asset data elements into the central controlled asset database, analysing asset data for anomalies and trends, identifying risks and monitoring asset consumption against licensing and other metrics. Using Flexera’s FlexNet Management Suite (FNMS) and ServiceNow Hardware asset modules, ensure all contract data is entered correctly and in a timely fashion as provided by members of the TACM team.
Further, you will also ensure obligations such as invoice payments are processed as per agreed timelines and generally provide insights to the organisation on the utilisation of the asset base. This role will use analytical skills and tools to understand the nature of the asset base and to make observations and recommendations on areas of risk. The role entails research activities, data entry, data validation and interpretation of asset deployments.
