Description
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Inventory Controller to oversee the complete lifecycle management of the company’s IT hardware and fixed assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately tracking, maintaining, auditing, and optimizing asset utilization to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date inventory of all IT equipment and fixed assets. Track asset movement including allocation, transfer, reassignment, and disposal. Ensure proper tagging and labeling of all assets for efficient tracking and identification. Collaborate with the Procurement team to receive, inspect, and record newly acquired assets. Conduct regular physical audits and reconcile inventory records with actual assets. Generate detailed reports on asset utilization, condition, and lifecycle status. Assist in budgeting, planning, and forecasting for asset procurement and replacement cycles. Work closely with the Admin team to ensure accurate asset documentation and support troubleshooting as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in fixed asset management, preferably in an IT or tech-centric environment. Hands-on experience with asset management software (e.g., Asset Panda, NetTracker) and strong proficiency in MS Excel. Excellent organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
