ABOUT US:

SnapIT Solutions is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst I to support the warehouse operations of our client’s IT hardware lifecycle process. This role is vital for managing technology assets and contributing to the mitigation of financial and legal risks associated with vendor compliance.

JOB SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, the IT Asset Management Support I is responsible for the physical delivery of IT hardware throughout our client’s organization. This role involves assisting with shipping and receiving, distributing, tracking, and reconciling purchase orders or service requests for all IT asset hardware. The candidate will also assist with data disposition and adhere to all NERC/CIP regulatory requirements for hardware asset management. This position involves significant driving to various client locations

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • High School Diploma required; 2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Ability to consistently lift, move, and carry objects weighing between 10-50 pounds, and perform other essential physical job functions.
  • At least 1 year of experience with IT Hardware and Technical Terms.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with an IT or other ticketing system.
  • Ability to complete NERC CIP screening requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior delivery/driving experience.
Responsibilities
  • Perform physical delivery of IT hardware.
  • Assist with shipping & receiving, distributing, tracking, and reconciling POs or service requests for IT asset hardware.
  • Support data disposition processes and ensure compliance with all NERC/CIP regulatory requirements for hardware asset management.
  • Transport and deliver goods and/or items to client or business locations in a safe, timely manner using our client vehicle.
  • Examine and/or review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of materials from the delivery vehicle.
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with our client’s employees and contractors by addressing any questions they may have.
  • Reschedule deliveries with customers if they are unable to receive them and provide information about delivery schedules.
  • Complete and submit necessary logs and reports.
  • Dedicate approximately 80% of time to driving and transporting equipment to various client locations (all same-day trips).
  • Spend the remaining 20% of time working on-site in a warehouse.
