OTSI (Object Technology Solutions, Inc), we have an immediate opening for a Job Title IT Asset Management Support I with one of our direct clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· With general supervision, the IT Asset Management Support I is responsible for the physical delivery of IT hardware throughout the organization. Could require candidate to assist with shipping & receiving, distributing, tracking, and reconciling POs or service requests, for all IT asset hardware. Candidate will assist with data disposition and follow all NERC/CIP regulatory requirements for hardware asset management.
· Candidate will be responsible for transporting (in an Client vehicle) and delivering goods and/or items to clients or business in a safe, timely manner
· Examining and/or reviewing orders before and after delivery to make sure that orders are complete.
· Helping with the loading and unloading of materials from the delivery vehicle.
· Building and maintaining a healthy relationship with Client employees and contractors by answering any questions they may have.
· Rescheduling deliveries with customers if they are unable to receive them.
· Giving customers information about delivery schedules.
· Completing and submitting logs and reports as needed.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • IT Asset Management Support : 2 years (Preferred)
  • physical delivery of IT hardware throughout the organization: 2 years (Preferred)
  • shipping & receiving, distributing, tracking: 2 years (Preferred)
