Overview Presbyterian is seeking a IT Asset Manager. The person in this position will provide a single point of contact for a single IT Service Management process, responsible for planning and coordination of day-to-day activities required to carry out, monitor and report on the process for which they are responsible. Make changes in the process as required, and manages the process end-to-end so as to ensure optimal overall performance. Responsible for managing all process documentation and supporting all enhancements to the process. Partners with the Technical Subject Matter Experts to provide process requirements for building or modifying tools that support the process. This is a Full Time position - Exempt: Yes Job is based at Rev Hugh Cooper Admin Center Work hours: Weekday Schedule Monday-Friday Preferred Qualifications: Receive, store, and stage equipment/assets at the dock; notify departments for inspection and check-in, tag assets, enter data, and support delivery to requesting teams. Verify packages and receipts against Purchase Orders, record in systems, note discrepancies, and start resolution as needed. Work effectively in both remote and warehouse settings; unload shipments safely, moving pallets with pallet jack, able to lift 50 lb. packages/boxes, organize and prepare them for receiving. Collaborate with the team to train members, document procedures, and improve asset management processes. Qualifications Associate degree in related technical/business area plus 0-2 years of experience in IT. 3 years additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree Responsibilities Assists with the design, development and maintenance of one of the processes and related procedures within the ITSM Lifecycle. Assists with the planning and management of support for the process and for the toolset supporting the process Assists with coordinating interfaces between ITSM process and other service management processes Assists with the monitoring of the effectiveness of the process and makes recommendations for improvement.
