Job Description About the Role We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Asset Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assets, optimizing performance and ensuring operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with senior management, Internal Teams, External Partners to maximize asset value and minimize risks. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze the performance of assigned assets to ensure they meet financial and operational targets. Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and recommendations for asset optimization. Oversee maintenance, compliance, and operational processes related to the asset portfolio. Support the changes and new implementation of asset management strategies. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows. Manage documentation, KPIs, budgets, and risk assessments. Participate in negotiations with contractors, service providers, and partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields. 3+ years of experience in asset management, portfolio management, or a similar role. Proficient in Excel and/or asset management software. Excellent communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
