Job Description The IT Asset & Procurement Coordinator supports global procurement activities of IT hardware, software, and services while ensuring cost optimization, compliance, and vendor relationships. This role also supports IT Asset Management (ITAM) with a strong focus on software lifecycle management, including renewals, negotiations, and user management. What you'll get to do: Global Procurement & Vendor Management Supporting contract administration, renewals, and pricing updates. Evaluate, source, and procure IT equipment, software, and services. Responsible for managing low‑risk vendor contracts and supporting negotiations in accordance with company policies. Execute and support procurement activities across multiple regions, following established processes to ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards. Support RFx activities by obtaining, reviewing, and organizing competitive bids, quotes, and proposals; assist with evaluations and review findings with internal stakeholders. Monitor, track, and coordinate global IT procurement orders and deliveries to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with approved requests. Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, clarify IT needs, and support timely and compliant purchasing decisions. Manage procurement‑related tickets and requests through Jira, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and timely follow‑up. IT Asset Management Assist in implementing ITAM policies, standards, and best practices. Support audits and reporting for IT assets and software compliance. Contribute to cost optimization by identifying unused or underutilized licenses through software user management. Aid in the receiving, validating and reporting of physical IT Assets as needed Qualifications Who you are: Bachelors degree or equivalent years experience 3+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, IT Asset Management or a related field Preferred Skills Negotiation and relationship management Familiarity with ITIL and ITAM practices. Experience with global procurement processes. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
