NikSoft is currently conducting a search for an IT Asset Visibility and Security Engineer to add to its team in support of the United States Postal Service’s Cybersecurity program. The successful candidate will experience an unparalleled large-scale and complex enterprise environment consisting of hundreds of thousands of Information Technology assets spanning servers, desktops, and IoT devices. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology or relevant field.
  • 10+ years of security architecture and engineering experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Must have strong demonstrated experience in large enterprise IT environment including Information Technology (IT) security experience and application of asset visibility solutions towards OT hardware and software asset management security efforts.
  • Experience supporting both IT operations and security efforts including application control, network access control, Comply to Connect and Remain, vulnerability management, and security event investigation support.
  • Must have specific technical knowledge, experience, and certifications with relevant tools such as Armis Centrix, Data pipeline engineering, Splunk use and knowledge object development, Windows and Linux system administration.
  • Candidates would benefit from having relevant technical certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, RHCE, CPTE, or CEH), strong oral and written communication skills, ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, ability to build & maintain schedules and step-by-step action plans; strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the demonstrated ability to positively influence peer organization and key stakeholders.
  • Python scripting and automation experience is required.
