Perform day to day Helpdesk responsibilities including responding IT request, Troubleshooting and new joiner On-Boarding Manage and maintain all IT Infrastructure such as Hardware, Software and Network Responsible for new equipment or product of IT system set-up and performing preventive maintenance and calibration (including project implementation and coordination) Basic network / server setup and troubleshooting Support on Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshoot on Hardware, Software, Network, Server and Printers Maintained IT Hardware, Software audit and IT Hardware disposal records Provide user guidelines to frequently problem occurred May required standby support after office hours during system maintenance Any other hoc task assigned by the Superior / Head of Department Qualifications What distinguishes you! Diploma in IT or its equivalent (Fresh graduate are encourage to apply) Good English communication skills (written and spoken is preferred). Strong admin and coordination skills needed Knowledge of Basic IT Infrastructure (PC/Notebook, printers and peripheral). Customer centric and service mindset. Knowledge of the principles of client / server applications Knowledge of the Office applications and relevant product components. Knowledge of User administration, Active Directory, Monitoring tools. Knowledge of Data Security concepts. This position is contract position.
