Hiring Unit:
Dialogue McGill, Ingram School of Nursing
Position Summary:
Designing and conducting training sessions related to data automation tools and systems, increasing staff efficiency.
Recommend enhancements to current processes and document procedures.
Serve as the primary liaison for identifying and addressing the technical needs of the student affairs unit—both software and hardware—while also supporting the broader technical support team with troubleshooting and implementation tasks.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Comfortable learning new software and systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
